4. Writes Template Header Code
This is a deceptively powerful tool for template conversions.
Open any HTML template it copies all the tags from the body tags and add's them back with the Joomla header code needed.

Fix Flash Path:
This was added to fix an issue with Joomla and Flash in Dreamweaver.
Dreamweaver adds a Scripts folder by default outside the Joomla Template folder that has a Javascript file needed  to play Flash movies.
It also adds code to the head section. Fix Flash Path tool fixes the Head section code and adds the AC_RunActiveContent.js file to the images folder.
In order for this tool to work you need to insert the Flash file and save page before you run the tool.
