The Joomla Template Kit Support Guidelines.
We support the following.
Supported Operating Systems *Apple Mac OSx , Dreamweaver 8 CS3, CS4 and above. *Microsoft Windows OS 2000, XP & Vista Dreamweaver 8 CS3, CS4 and above.
** Certain corporate environments have domain policies and workstation policies You have roaming profiles. We cannot assure that a custom enterprise roaming profile Will work with our extension. If most other Dreamweaver extensions work in this environment ours should as well.
Joomla Template Kit 2.X Supports Dreamweaver 8 CS3,CS4 Joomla CMS version 1.0.X
Joomla Template Kit 3.x Supports Dreamweaver 8 CS3,CS4 Joomla CMS version 1.5.X and above.
What is Supported? The extension itself in regards the JTK installation errors and or workflow. That you will receive *upgrades for a year from the date of purchase.
If you renew support you will receive free *upgrades on the extension itself for one year from the date of re-purchase.
Specific questions not Supported. Specifically do not debug Web Server issues. Specifically do not debug Joomla issues. Specifically do not debug any cascading style sheet issues. Specifically do not debug any layout issues. Specifically do not debug any Menu issues.
We have no Idea what your designing and or what other plug-ing's added, code or to Joomla etc. This types of questions are either design fee time of support plan fee type questions.
We do our best to answer as many questions as we can but there is a limit that has to be set Just like every other company.
